Recently, I've become obsessed with the game "Soul Nomad" for PS2, which may or may not have inspired this little beastie. (The nereid's chibi form is sooo cute! O.O)
So this is Nwylde, a marsh fox spirit. Her coloring makes her look like she should be aquatic, but she isn't. She just likes to blend in with the moss and attack travelers after she's blinded them with foxfire. Heheh. ^_^
Colored in flash, cuz flash is the best evah! The shading went easier this time, though I make no claims as to it's accurate-ness.

Hmm, and I actually finished this in 2 days (versus almost a week), cuz I spent less time dawdling and wondering if I knew what I was doing. Of course I don't! ^_^
Now, no stealing, borrowing or using my character without my permission!! >.<# (I really shouldn't have to say that...)

By I digress. Kill me in my sleep A? We'll see who sleep kills who in...who'se....sleep...kill...SHUTUP D<
haha...she'd blind you with foxfire first, so you wouldn't be able to see her. best just to stay away from the marshes altogether. =3
hmm how do you submit flash images. dA won't let me submit my flash pics.
can you help me?
are they drawings or animations?
i do everything in flash, but for still images, i publish them as .jpegs, not .swfs. i see it as added protection because a .jpeg isn't a vector image, so a person who downloads it, then tries to enlarge it for any reason gets a pixelated mess.
sadly, this sometimes makes my images look a little pixelated and that annoys me. i love vector graphics!
for animations, make sure you're uploading the .swf files, not the .fla files. also, make sure you go into your publish settings and click "protect from import".
thank you very much this is a big help.^^
